Frank J. Basa, P. Eng.

Mr. Basa has been a Director of Granada Gold Mine Inc. since 2004. He is also President of Grupo Moje Ltd. and Mineral Recovery Management Systems Corp. Mr. Basa has over 28 years’ global experience in gold mining and development as a professional hydrometallurgical engineer with expertise in milling, gravity concentration, flotation, leaching and refining of precious and base metals. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and a graduate of McGill University.

Matthew Halliday, P.Geo.

Matthew Halliday, P.Geo.

Mr. Halliday graduated from Dalhousie University in 2007 where he majored in Earth Sciences then spent the next 13 years in exploration and as a resource geologist with Kirkland Lake Gold, First Cobalt and SGS Geostat. He is currently a Director, President, Chief Operating Officer and VP Exploration of Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc.

Christopher Ecclestone

Christopher Ecclestone is a principal, mining analyst, and commodity strategist at Hallgarten & Company. Currently based in London, England, he has extensive international mining experience. In North America, he has been the CEO and director of several listed companies on the TSX, TSX-V and CSE. Mr. Ecclestone also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Mission Critical Metals, which focuses on securing supply chains for defense-critical minerals, positioning him well to evaluate strategic opportunities for Granada's rubidium asset. His expertise spans both precious and critical metals markets.

Maya Basa, BBA MBA

Maya Basa is a tested executive with extensive experience working in international consulting firms based out of Canada, and the United Kingdom. Her work has been focused on leading large-scale transformation projects for various clients, primarily in North America and Europe. The Company is greatly anticipating the addition of her skills in process improvement, outsourcing, and setting up the Company’s ever evolving ESG and sustainability policies and programs.

Ms. Basa’s most recent post as Vice-President of Transformation in Financial Services at a large UK consulting firm, with approximately 125,000 employees globally, saw her establish and maintain the firm’s emerging ESG/Sustainability Regulation Services in Financial Services. Prior to her professional activities, Ms. Basa was conferred an MBA from the University of Oxford and is consistently the recipient of numerous awards for her work in academic institutions.

Heidi Gutte, CPA, CGA

Heidi Gutte, CPA, CGA

Heidi Gutte has nearly 15 years of experience with publicly-traded mineral exploration and mining companies. She specializes in corporate finance, IFRS financial reporting, audit preparation and response, tax optimization, and corporate compliance for the mineral exploration and junior mining sector. Ms. Gutte holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Brandenburg, Germany. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and Canada.

Tina Whyte

Tina Whyte brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate and securities industry. Her expertise spans to areas of corporate governance, continuous disclosure, financing transactions and regulatory filings and compliance. Ms. Whyte holds corporate secretary positions with other publicly listed companies.
