(TSXV: GBB) (OTCPINK: GBBFF) (the “Company” or “Gold Bullion”) announces that Ronald Goguen, Sr. has resigned effective today, November 7th, 2014, from his position as a Director with the Company. Mr. Goguen has been with Gold Bullion since 2011 and during his tenure has been a valuable member of the Board. Mr. Goguen is moving on in order to focus his time and energy on other ventures.
